Symptoms

PPDM 用來執行備份的 vCenter 使用者擁有足夠的許可權。

Cause

PPDM Proxy 無法使用「nbdssl」傳輸模式存取 VM 檔案以進行備份。vSphere 正在拒絕存取要求。

Resolution

由於僅針對此虛擬機器使用「nbdssl」進行備份，因此請改用「hotadd」來執行備份。PPDM 若能找到可存取 VM 所使用資料存放區的保護引擎，則會使用 Hotadd 傳輸模式。檢閱您的組態，並將外部保護引擎部署至可存取此資料存放區的 esx 主機，以允許「hotadd」傳輸模式。

如果備份必須使用「nbdssl」執行，請聯絡 Vmware 支援，以進行故障排除為什麼無法存取此 VM 快照的「nbdssl」。
