搭配 Microsoft 的「New Teams」用戶端使用時，協作圖示 （視訊靜音、音訊靜音、分享及聊天） 不會亮起或正常運作。
Cause
Microsoft於 2023 年 10 月 5 日推出適用於工作或學校的「新團隊」。此版本的 Teams 尚未與啟用協作觸控板圖示的軟體 Dell Optimizer 相容。Dell Optimizer 4.1.3 僅與原始的 Microsoft Teams 相容，Microsoft現在稱為「Classic Teams」。
