Instructions

Follow the below steps to obtain a PowerProtect Cyber Recovery Serial ID (same as Software ID-SWID). This example is for product version: 19.14
 
NOTE: If there is any difference or update to the steps, see the latest Product Administration Guide.
 
  1. Log in to product
  2. In the Cyber Recovery user interface, click the ' i ' icon (on the upper right corner) > Software Information
