Użytkownik musi użyć krótkiej nazwy FSAgent w pliku /etc/hosts, jednak PowerProtect Data Manager ze względów bezpieczeństwa wymaga w pełni kwalifikowanej nazwy domeny (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Sprawdź DNS dla klienta FSAgent, aby rozwiązać problem z FQDN
  2. Uruchom register.sh i zainstaluj agenta przy użyciu "adresu IP", w którym poprosi o nazwę FQDN lub ADRES IP.
  3. Edytowano /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh, aby NSORDER = bind
