Cause

O usuário deve usar o nome abreviado do FSAgent no arquivo /etc/hosts. No entanto, o PowerProtect Data Manager, por motivos de segurança, exige o FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name, nome de domínio completo).

Resolution

  1. Verifique o DNS do FSAgent Client para resolver o FQDN
  2. Execute register.sh e instale o Agent usando o "endereço IP" em que ele solicita FQDN ou IP.
  3. Arquivo /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh editado para ter NSORDER = vinculação
Editar arquivo para ter NSORDER = vincular
  1. Abra o arquivo mais recente em /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log e pesquise a palavra-chave fqdns.
