Cause

L’utilisateur doit utiliser le nom abrégé FSAgent dans le fichier /etc/hosts, mais PowerProtect Data Manager pour des raisons de sécurité nécessite un nom de domaine complet (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Vérifiez le DNS du client FSAgent pour résoudre le problème au FQDN.
  2. Exécutez register.sh et installez l’agent à l’aide de l'« adresse IP » où il demande le nom de domaine complet ou l’adresse IP.
  3. Modification du fichier /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh pour avoir NSORDER = bind
Modifier le fichier pour avoir NSORDER = liaison
  1. Ouvrez le fichier le plus récent sous /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log et recherchez le mot clé fqdns.
