Cause

Brukeren må bruke kortnavnet FSAgent i filen /etc/hosts, men PowerProtect Data Manager av sikkerhetsmessige årsaker krever fullstendig domenenavn (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. Kontroller DNS for FSAgent-klienten for å løse problemet med FQDN
  2. Kjør register.sh og installer agenten ved hjelp av IP-adresse der den ber om FQDN eller IP.
  3. Redigert /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh-fil for å få NSORDER = bind
Rediger filen for å få NSORDER = bind
  1. Åpne den nyeste filen under /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log, og søk etter nøkkelordet fqdns.
