Cause

Brugeren skal bruge det korte FSAgent-navn i filen /etc/hosts, men PowerProtect Data Manager af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager kræver FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name).

Resolution

  1. Kontroller DNS for FSAgent-klienten for at løse problemet med FQDN
  2. Kør register.sh , og installer agenten ved hjælp af "IP-adresse", hvor den anmoder om FQDN eller IP.
  3. Redigeret/opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh-fil for at have NSORDER = binding
Rediger fil for at have NSORDER = binding
  1. Åbn den nyeste fil under /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log, og søg efter nøgleordet fqdns.
