Cause

用戶必須在 /etc/hosts 檔案中使用 FSAgent 短名稱，但 PowerProtect Data Manager 出於安全考慮需要完整功能變數名稱 （FQDN）。

Resolution

  1. 檢查 FSAgent 用戶端的 DNS 以解決 FQDN 問題
  2. 執行 register.sh，然後使用要求 FQDN 或 IP 的「IP 位址」來安裝代理程式。
  3. 編輯 /opt/dpsapps/agentvc/register.sh 檔案以擁有 NSORDER = 系結
