Cause

Käyttäjän on käytettävä FSAgentin lyhyttä nimeä /etc/hosts-tiedostossa. PowerProtect Data Manager tarvitsee suojaussyistä täyden toimialuenimen (FQDN).

Resolution

  1. FSAgent Clientin DNS-määrityksen ja FQDN-ongelman ratkaiseminen
  2. Suorita register.sh ja asenna agentti IP-osoitteella, jossa ohjelma pyytää FQDN:tä tai IP:tä.
  3. Muokattu /opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.sh-tiedostoa, jotta NSORDER = bind
