Cause

ユーザーは/etc/hostsファイルでFSAgentの短い名前を使用する必要があります。ただし、セキュリティ上の理由からPowerProtect Data Managerには完全修飾ドメイン名(FQDN)が必要です。

Resolution

  1. FSAgentクライアントのDNSを確認してFQDNに解決します
  2. register.sh を実行し、FQDNまたはIPを要求する「IPアドレス」を使用してエージェントをインストールします。
  3. NSORDER = bindを持つ/opt/dpsapps/agentsvc/register.shファイルを編集

  1. /opt/dpsapps/agentservice/logs/Op*.log で 最新のファイル を開き、キーワード fqdnを検索します。
