Symptoms

line 45: test-auth-cisco: command returned with a non-zero status (status: 1) !
line 19: requiredApiError: command returned with a non-zero status (status: 1) !
line 8: fail: command returned with a non-zero status (status: 1) !

Cause

This issue is due to the background stuck processes between the active supervisor and standby Supervisor modules.
This is an Https communication problem and hence to terminate them, we have to manually clear it.

Resolution

Workaround:

On Director Class Model switches
Perform a switchover using command #system switchover.
This is a non-disruptive activity due to blade redundancy present.

On Departmental model Switches
Perform switch #reload using command #reload
This is a disruptive process as the switch goes offline, hence a maintenance window is required.
