DPA viser Application Server Admin UI som rødt i ACM efter opgradering til IDPA 2.7.6

Symptoms

Efter opgraderingen til IDPA 2.7.6 vises DPA (Reporting and Analytics) rødt i ACM-brugergrænsefladen.

I ACM-server.log ses en af følgende to fejl:

Cause

DPA har processer i /opt/emc/dpa/services/./standalone undermapper, der får APP-tjenesterne til at fungere korrekt. DPA viser tjenester, der kører, men nogle interne tjenester er mislykkedes.

Resolution

Kør følgende procedure for at løse dette problem:
  1. Stop DPA-tjenesterne med følgende kommando. Kør først denne kommando på DPA DS-serveren og derefter DPA APP-serveren. 
dpa.sh svc stop
  1. Log på DPA APP-serveren som root ved hjælp af SSH eller PuTTY, og kør følgende kommando:
rm -rf /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/data
rm -rf /opt/emc/dpa/services/standalone/tmp
  1. Genstart DPA DS-serveren, og start tjenester:
reboot
dpa.sh svc start
  1. Genstart DPA APP-serveren, og start tjenester. 
reboot
dpa.sh svc start
  1. Bekræft, at du kan logge på DPA-brugergrænsefladen.
  2. Bekræft, at DPA vises grønt i ACM-brugergrænsefladen.
