MTree-luonnin aikaleima tallennetaan tiettyihin lokeihin, kuten audit.log ja messages.engineering, mutta lokeja voidaan kiertää ja MTree-luontitiedot menetetään.

Saat tiedot MTreen luontiajankohdasta hakemalla MTreen MID:stä automaattisessa tuessa. Tietyn MTreen MID on tämän MTreen luomisen aikaleima epookkimuodossa.

Vaiheet ovat esimerkiksi:
  1. Lataa autosupport-raportti Data Domain -käyttöliittymästä > Ylläpidon>tuki >Automaattisen tuen raportit
  2. Hae MTree-nimeä autosupport-raportista etsimällä tiettyä riviä:
