PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14/19.15에서 파일 시스템 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.

ABF0001: Unable to protect the asset <Drive> on the host <Server> from the backup performed at time <DATE> <TIME> because the following error occurred: 

Unable to generate VHDx backup stream for volume \\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy<nn>.

에이전트의 File System Log에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

PowerProtect Data Manager notice BuiltStream read request total bytes to read = <value>

PowerProtect Data Manager critical Unable to write data into multiple buffers for save-set ID '<SaveSetID>': Invalid argument (errno=22)

이는 19.14/19.15 File System Agent에서 사용되는 DDBOOST 버전에서의 문제입니다.

Resolution

Dell Technologies는 사용자가 19.16.0-15 이후 버전의 PowerProtect Data Manager로 업그레이드할 것을 권장합니다.
