Symptoms

외부 vCenter(고객이 관리하는 vCenter) 버전이 VxRail Cluster ESXi 호스트 버전보다 높을 수 있습니다.
그러나 외부 vCenter 8.0 U3에서 일부 이전 버전 VxRail 호스트를 관리하는 경우 클러스터에서 vLCM을 활성화하는 작업이 실패합니다.

Cause

vCenter 8.0 U3에서 HTTP 요청에 gzip 형식의 압축 헤더를 지원하기 시작합니다. 이전 버전의 VxRail Manager와 호환되지 않아 vCenter와 VxRail Manager 간에 통신 문제가 발생합니다.

Resolution

7.0.520 및 8.0.300 릴리스에서 이 문제가 해결되었습니다.

  • 1일 차 시나리오의 경우 노드를 7.0.520 또는 8.0.300으로 이미지로 다시 설치한 다음 vLCM을 활성화하여 클러스터를 구축합니다.
  • 2일 차 시나리오의 경우 클러스터를 7.0.520 또는 8.0.300으로 업그레이드한 다음 vLCM을 활성화합니다.



업그레이드할 준비가 되지 않았다면 Dell 지원 부서에 문의하여 VxRail Manager에 패치를 적용하십시오.
