Settings >> Alerts >> Email and SMTP >> update desired From Email Address >> Apply.

Settings to change From Email Address for SMTP
CLI: 
uemcli -u admin -securePassword /event/alert/conf set -emailFromAddr ProdArray@emc.com
Example:
