L'host non aveva alcun indirizzo IP durante l'esecuzione del comando seguente:

esxcli network ip connection list | grep 9090

example output: 
tcp         0       0  :: 9090                 0.0.0.0:0            LISTEN        2103568  newreno  python

Ho provato a modificare il file sottostante e ad aggiungere l'IP di vmk2 e quindi a riavviare il servizio della piattaforma.

/etc/config/vxrail/platform.conf

Riavviare il servizio "vxrail-pservice" e ora dovrebbe essere in ascolto sull'indirizzo IP e sulla porta.

Da VxRail Manager, eseguire il comando:

curl -vk --user root:Passw0rd! https://IPADDRESS:9090/rest/ps/private/v1/hwinventory | jq

Potrebbe essere visualizzata una risposta simile con messaggi "Connection reset by peer".

 

Cause

La porta 9090 è bloccata da un firewall interno del cliente.

 

Resolution

Per risolvere questo problema, sbloccare la porta 9090 sul firewall.
Potrebbe essere necessario che il primo nodo nel cluster sia RASR per avviare nuovamente il deployment.
