Symptoms

Under installationen af Alienware Command Center version 6.3 vises en "DCS-pakkefejl".Alienware Command Center-pakke DCS-fejl

Cause

Dell Core Services Installer kan ikke lukke Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe og et par andre påkrævede processer, før installationen/opgraderingen udføres.

Resolution

Løsning

En løsning på dette problem:

  1. Under opgraderingen, når fejlen vises.
  2. Klik på OK, og installationen er fuldført.
  3. Hvis brugeren klikker på Annuller , og installationen afbrydes. Kør DUP-/IM-filen igen, og vælg indstillingen "Tilføj pakker" på siden Vedligeholdelse af chat.

Alienware Command Center version 6.4
