Symptoms

 

Dell computers met een aparte GPU van NVIDIA kunnen te maken krijgen met een NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager die zojuist gemaakte desktop niet kan sluiten.

  • Open NVIDIA RTX Desktop Manager en klik op RTX DESKTOP MANAGER INSCHAKELEN. De applicatie maakt standaard Desktop 1 aan.
  • Klik op de knop Nieuw bureaublad om een tweede bureaublad te maken.
  • Klik op het pictogram X in de rechterbovenhoek van Bureaublad 2 , maar u ziet dat het niet kan worden gesloten.

U kunt het probleem oplossen door de NVIDIA Graphic Driver bij te werken naar versie 552.84 of hoger op de computer. Als u de driver wilt downloaden en installeren, raadpleegt u Dell drivers downloaden en installeren.
