Upon reviewing the performance metrics in the Task Manager for the SQL Client, it is clear that there is significant CPU utilization.
During our examination of processes that consume a significant amount of CPU and RAM, we have identified that there are other processes utilizing the maximum available resources.
Cause
The Avamar backup processes are failing to run, resulting in SQL backup failures. This issue is caused by the high CPU and RAM consumption from other server processes, such as SQL Server Windows NT.
Resolution
Engage the SQL/Wintel administration team to mitigate the usage of CPU and RAM by SQL Server and other Agent processes.
