Cause
Dit kan mogelijk te maken hebben met de instellingen voor bestandsnamen 8.3 op die specifieke server. De bestandsnaamconventie 8.3, ook wel korte bestandsnamen genoemd, is een legacy-naamgevingssysteem dat wordt gebruikt in Windows. Het beperkt bestandsnamen tot maximaal 8 tekens, gevolgd door een punt en een bestandsextensie van maximaal 3 tekens.
Resolution
Omdat we een foutmelding zagen met betrekking tot het SSL-certificaat in het httpd.conf-bestand, controleerden we het bestand op regel 156 en ontdekten dat het pad van het SSL-certificaat "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key", overwegende dat het NMC is geïnstalleerd in C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\httpd.
Daarom hebben we het pad van het SSL-certificaat gewijzigd van "C:\PROGRA~1\Legato\MANAGE~1\GST\apache\conf\server.key" Aan "C:\Program Files\Legato\Management\GST\apache\conf\server.crt" in het httpd.conf bestand.
