IDPA：無法使用 ACM、AVE 或直接使用 Putty 透過 SSH 存取 Data Domain

Symptoms

可從 ACM pingDD，但無法執行 ssh。可存取 DD UI。
分離至 DD 的 putty 會立即中斷連線，並顯示網路錯誤警示。

Cause

Data Domain 上的 ssh 已停用。

Resolution

  • 以「sysadmin」使用者身分登入 Data Domain Web 主控台
  • 瀏覽至 管理>存取權 >管理存取權 
  • 選取 SSH 核取方塊，然後按一下 設定。

  • 停用並啟用 ssh 服務。
  • 從 ACM putty 驗證 ssh 到 Data Domain。
  • 我們可以立即登入 DD
