IDPA：无法通过 SSH 和 ACM、AVE 或直接通过 Putty 访问 Data Domain

Symptoms

DD 可从 ACM 执行 ping作，但无法执行 ssh。DD UI 可访问。
DD 的单独 putty 会立即断开连接，并显示网络错误警报。


 尝试通过 SSH 连接到 DD 时的错误屏幕截图  
 

Cause

已在 Data Domain 上禁用 ssh。

Resolution

  • 以 sysadmin 用户身份登录到 Data Domain Web 控制台
  • 导航到AdministrationAccessAdministration >>Access 
  • 选中 SSH 复选框，然后单击 CONFIGURE

  • 禁用然后启用 ssh 服务。
  • 验证从 ACM putty 到 Data Domain 的 SSH。
  • 我们现在可以登录 DD 了
