Symptoms
CloudIQ/APEX AIOps CyberSecurity 기능을 활성화하려고 하면 "수락" 버튼이 회색으로 표시됩니다.
Cause
이 동작은 특정 시스템의 현재 해상도 및 확대/축소 설정 때문일 수 있습니다.
Resolution
화면에서 확대/축소하여 약관 및 계약 상자 안에 스크롤 막대가 나타나도록 합니다. 아래 캡처를 찾으십시오. 화면이 150% 확대/축소 상태이며 아래쪽으로 스크롤하면 수락 버튼이 활성화됩니다.
