Symptoms

The computer shows BSOD_VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL(0X10E) and VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (0x116) error message.

Cause

The 0x10e or 0x116 blue screen error indicated to a GPU power management mode switch during computer cold boot but failed to response correctly.

Resolution

Updating to driver to version 573.24or later on the computer resolves the issue. To download and install the driver refer to How to Download and Install Dell Drivers and Firmware.
