Symptoms

  • 如果两 （2） 个 Dell Unity 阵列通过 DPE 上的 SAS 端口连接在一起，一个 Unity DPE （Unity A） 会认为另一个 Unity DPE （Unity B） 是 DAE。Unity A 会将 Unity B 上的磁盘清零。

 

  • Unity B 可能会崩溃并重新启动到服务模式，并完成以下作： Rescue Reason: 0x0b00
Rescue reason for code 0x0b00 - There is a problem with the system software on this Storage Processor (BOOTFL). 
To attempt to correct this problem, first run Data Collection, and then try the following in order: 
Check all cables, reboot each SP, and reimage each Storage Processor (SP). 
If this does not resolve the issue, contact your service provider.
SP Service Hint Code: 0xFC0B0203 - Could not load mirror driver

Cause

如果使用 DPE 上的 SAS 端口将两 （2） 个 Dell Unity 阵列连接在一起，则一个 Unity DPE （Unity A） 会认为另一个 Unity DPE （Unity B） 是 DAE。Unity A 会将 Unity B 上的磁盘清零。

Resolution

请勿使用 DPE 上的 SAS 端口将两 （2） 个 Dell Unity 阵列连接在一起。
如果它们已以这种方式连接，则必须进行出厂重新初始化。
工程部门无能为力。
