Error Power Path Pseudos busy or mounted. Stop all I/Os and make sure all volumes are not mounted, then retry removing the package.

Causa

pkgrm: ERROR: preremove script did not complete successfully
Removal of <EMCpower> failed.

* Error: PowerPath pseudo(s) still in-use, busy or mounted.
* Please stop all I/Os and make sure all volumes are
* not mounted then retry removing the package.

Resolución
1.
Check if the pseud devices are still mounted. If so umount them and try the uninstall of PowerPath..
If still the issue there -
2.
Check with "fuser -c <pseudo device>" and 'fuser -ck <pseudo device>" and try the uninstall of PowerPath..
If still the issue there -
3.
If above 2 will not work, reboot the system to single user non cluster mode and try the uninstall of PowerPath.
If still the issue there -
4.
If still got the same "device busy error", please open the /etc/ system file and change line to "set emcp:bPxEnableInit=0" and reboot the host back in single suer mode. The value "0" will ensure in reboot PowerPath emcp modules will not be loaded (modinfo | grep -i emcp).
After the host come up try the unistall of PowerPath.
