External users who require access to the Dell Digital Locker or the Software Licensing Central (SLC) should register for a Support Account on Dell Support. Internal users who require access to the Software Licensing Central (SLC) should submit a MyAccess Ticket Internally.

When activating an upgrade or expansion order in Software Licensing Central (SLC), ensure to select the Machine or Locking ID of the existing license. Do not create a new machine as the license quantities do not combine.

If the user is unable to find the required machine, remove the product family listed under the Locking ID field and select search again.

Continue through the steps to complete the activation.

The Locking ID is prefilled upon selecting the existing machine.
