エンド ユーザーは、Advanced Threat Preventionがアクティブ化されていないことに気付き、次の場所にあるDellAgentログ ファイルを確認します。

C:\ProgramData\Dell\Dell Data Protection

次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

注意： これらの手順は、表示されているエラー メッセージとまったく同じである場合にのみ実行してください。問題でない場合は悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります。
メモ： 管理者特権のコマンド プロンプトから次のコマンドを実行します。

次のコマンドを実行して、WMIリポジトリを確認します。

winmgmt /verifyrepository

不整合が見つかった場合は、次のコマンドを実行します。

winmgmt /salvagerepository

システム トレイのDell Data Securityアイコンを右クリックし、[Check for Policy Updates]を選択します。エージェントが登録され、数分後にAdvanced Threat Preventionが緑色になります。
