Sintomi

Das Windows-Dateisystem in Azure überspringt Dateien, obwohl es dafür keine NetWorker-Direktive gibt.

Causa

Das Backupdateisystem befindet sich auf dem Azure-Speicher-Volume. Das System verwendet VSS Writer "Sync Share Service Writer". Dateien werden designweise übersprungen. 

Um zu überprüfen, ob dies die Ursache ist,

  1. Öffnen Sie eine Eingabeaufforderung als Administrator und führen Sie Folgendes aus: 
C:\>  DISKSHADOW /l writers.txt
DISKSHADOW>   LIST WRITERS DETAILED
DISKSHADOW> exit
  1. Sehen Sie sich die Ausgabedatei für writers.txt an. Wenn die folgende Meldung angezeigt wird, wird das Problem bestätigt.

Risoluzione

Problemumgehung:
Deaktivieren Sie VSS zum Sichern von Azure-Speicher-Volumes mit dem Befehl: 
VSS:*off
