Esrs.log file showed below errors:-

原因

Secure connect gateway is not supported with SRM 4.6

解決方法

SRM 4.6 supported ESRS which is end of life.  SRM dial homes are now available using secure connect gateway which is supported starting SRM version 4.7.1 and above
