現象

Avamar server was upgraded from 19.4 to 19.7.
PDM fails with the following message; 
Error while fetching tasks. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found.

原因

This is a software issue.

解決方法

1) Log in to the Avamar Utility Node operating system as the root user.

2) Change the permission of preferences.dtd  
chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Restart the tomcat service  
tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
