原因

Työaseman nsrla-tietokanta on määritetty ainoastaan nsrauth-tietokannalle: 0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth

解決方法

  1. Päivitä nsrla-tietokanta SQL-työasemassa nsrauth-/oldauth-versioon seuraavasti:
nsradmin -p nsrexec
. nsrla
show auth methods
p
update auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth"

  1. Käynnistä kaikki asiakkaan NetWorker NMM -palvelut uudelleen.
  2. Suorita NMM SQL VDI -palautus uudelleen.
