Produto:
NetWorker Module for Microsoft (NMM) versão 19.4.0.1

Problema:
a restauração da interface de dispositivo virtual (VDI) do NMM SQL pode falhar com o erro: 
nsrsqlrc: Error opening tape session for MSSQL$Inst_Name:/DB_Name
Os seguintes erros são encontrados nos registros de depuração 9:

原因

O banco de dados nsrla no client só é configurado para nsrauth: 0.0.0.0/0, nsrauth

解決方法

  1. No client SQL, atualize o banco de dados nsrla com nsrauth/oldauth usando as seguintes etapas:
nsradmin -p nsrexec
. nsrla
show auth methods

update auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth"

  1. Reinicie todos os serviços do NetWorker NMM no client.
  2. Execute a restauração de VDI do NMM SQL novamente.
