Problème :
la restauration de NMM SQL Virtual Device Interface (VDI) peut échouer avec l’erreur suivante : 
nsrsqlrc: Error opening tape session for MSSQL$Inst_Name:/DB_Name
Les erreurs suivantes se trouvent dans les logs de débogage 9 :

nsrsqlrc: 10/25/23 16:41:09.266733 Could not get a session key for GSS authentication.  Perhaps this authentication method is not allowed/supported by both the local and remote remote machines.
nsrsqlrc: 10/25/23 16:41:09.266733 Falling back to use the older protocol which does not support pipe impersonation. Perhaps were are talking to an older auth server.

原因

La base de données nsrla sur le client est uniquement configurée pour nsrauth : 0.0.0.0/0, nsrauth

解決方法

  1. Sur le client SQL, mettez à jour la base de données nsrla avec nsrauth/oldauth en procédant comme suit :
nsradmin -p nsrexec
. nsrla
show auth methods
p
update auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth"

  1. Redémarrez tous les services NetWorker NMM sur le client.
  2. Exécutez à nouveau la restauration NMM SQL VDI.
