製品：
NetWorker Module for Microsoft(NMM)バージョン19.4.0.1

問題:
NMM SQL仮想デバイス インターフェイス(VDI)のリストアが次のエラーで失敗することがあります。 
nsrsqlrc: Error opening tape session for MSSQL$Inst_Name:/DB_Name
デバッグ9ログには、次のエラーが見つかりました。

nsrsqlrc: 10/25/23 16:41:09.266733 Could not get a session key for GSS authentication.  Perhaps this authentication method is not allowed/supported by both the local and remote remote machines.
nsrsqlrc: 10/25/23 16:41:09.266733 Falling back to use the older protocol which does not support pipe impersonation. Perhaps were are talking to an older auth server.

原因

クライアント上のnsrlaデータベースは、nsrauthに対してのみ構成されます。0.0.0.0/0、nsrauth

解決方法

  1. SQLクライアントで、 nsrla データベースを nsrauth/oldauth で更新するには、次の手順を実行します。
nsradmin -p nsrexec
. nsrla
show auth methods
p
update auth methods: "0.0.0.0/0,nsrauth/oldauth"

  1. クライアント上のすべてのNetWorker NMMサービスを再起動します。
  2. NMM SQL VDIリストアを再度実行します。
