Dell Security Management Server에서 ReportingManage > Reports로 이동하여 다른 관리 보고서를 생성하고 내보낼 수 있습니다.

보고서를 내보내려면 Export File 을 선택하고 Excel 또는 CSV 형식을 선택하면 됩니다.

주의: 보고서의 크기와 엔드포인트 수로 인해 보고서를 내보내기 위해 기다리는 동안 60초 후에 Dell Security Management Console에서 아래 오류가 발생하고 내보내기가 실패할 수 있습니다.

Security Server 서비스 로그인 확인 c:\Program Files\*** 장애 발생 시 아래와 유사한 오류가 보고됩니다.

DoS(서비스 거부) 필터는 60초 후에 서버 연결을 종료합니다.

DoS 필터 임계값을 높이려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

1. 메모장을 사용하여 webdefault.xml, 에 위치 C:\Program Files\Dell\Enterprise Edition\Security Server\conf 기본적으로, MaxRequestMs 및 maxIdleTrackerMs 60000에서 300000까지의 시간 초과:
   
2. 값을 60000에서 300000으로 변경한 후 파일을 저장하고 Security Server 서비스를 다시 시작합니다. Security Server 서비스를 재시작하려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.
3. 오른쪽 클릭 시작 및 실행을 선택합니다.
   
4. Run 대화 상자 창에 다음을 입력합니다. services.msc를 클릭하고 Enter 키를 누르거나 확인을 클릭합니다.
   
5. Dell Security Server 서비스를 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 Restart를 선택합니다.
