Procedure

  1. Align the tabs on the hard-drive cage with the slots on the chassis and slide the hard-drive cage into the chassis.
  2. Replace the screws that secure the hard-drive cage to the chassis.
  3. Place the hard drive into the hard-drive bracket and align the tabs on the bracket with the slots on the hard drive.
  4. Snap the hard-drive bracket into the hard drive.
  5. Slide the hard-drive assembly into the hard-drive cage until it snaps into place.
  6. Connect the data cable and power cable to the hard drive.
