Procedure
- Align the holes on the top-chassis fan with the holes on the top-chassis fan bracket.
- Insert the ends of the rubber grommets through the holes at each corner of the fan.
- Align the grommets in the fan with the holes at each corner of the top-chassis fan bracket and pull through until they snap into place.
- Route the top-chassis fan cable through the routing guide on the bracket.
- Align the tabs on the top-chassis fan with the slots on the chassis and slide the fan until it snaps into position.
- Replace the screw that secures the top-chassis fan to the chassis.
- Connect the top-chassis fan cable to the system board.
