Getting started

You can deploy the Cyber Recovery solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The solution works with the PowerProtect DD Virtual Edition (DDVE) storage appliance in an AWS virtual private cloud (VPC) to store replicated data from a production DD system in a secure vault environment. This data can then be recovered to the production DD system.

NOTE:
  • The production environment can be on premises or also deployed on AWS or another cloud provider.
  • The Cyber Recovery solution is supported in AWS GovCloud (US).
  • You can also deploy the CyberSense software on AWS to validate and analyze your data in the Cyber Recovery vault. See Deploy CyberSense on AWS.
