Emergency user lockout
If a Cyber Recovery user account is locked and the user requires immediate access, a security officer can use the Cyber Recovery UI, CLI, or REST API to grant a new password and unlock that account.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in as a security officer.
Steps
- Log in to the Cyber Recovery UI.
- From the Main Menu, click .
- At the top of the content pane, click Disabled Users.
- Select the check box next to the user who requires access.
- Click
Enable to unlock the user account.

- Click Enabled Users and select the newly enabled user.
- Click Edit and set a new password.
