Managing login sessions
A security officer can set the number of maximum simultaneous login sessions.
Prerequisites
You must be logged in as a security officer to change login session settings.
About this task
The login session count uses a first in, first out priority. If a specific user and role exceeds the number of simultaneous logins, that user's earliest session is no longer a valid Cyber Recovery session and the session is logged out. The user must log in to the Cyber Recovery software again.
Steps
- From the Masthead Navigation, select the gear icon to access the System Settings menu.

Click
Login Count Settings.
The Login Count Settings dialog box opens and shows the default session login values, which are:
- Security Officer—One login session
- Admin—Three login sessions
- Dashboard user—Three login sessions

Set the maximum number of login sessions for the
security officer, admin, and dashboard user.
The maximum number of login sessions for:
- The security officer is three sessions
- Admin and dashboard users is five sessions
