Dell PowerProtect Cyber Recovery 19.14 Security Configuration Guide
Activate the license from the Cyber Recovery UI
After installing the Cyber Recovery software, activate the license from the Cyber Recovery UI. A security officer or admin user can activate the license.
Prerequisites
Obtain the Software Instance ID by doing one of the following on the Masthead Navigation:
- Click
and then select
Software Info.
- Click
and then select
License.
Provide the Software Instance ID to Dell Technologies so that ELMS can generate a license file. Then, using the license file, activate your license through the Cyber Recovery UI.
NOTE:You can also activate the license through the
CRCLI and REST API.
Steps
- Log in to the Cyber Recovery UI.
- From the Masthead Navigation, click
to access the
System Settings list.
- Choose License from the drop-down list.
- Click Choose File to upload the license file.
