Removing WLAN card

Steps

  1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
  2. Remove the :
    1. base cover
    2. battery
  3. To remove the WLAN card:
    1. Remove the single (M2*3) screw that secures the WLAN card bracket to the system [1].
    2. Remove the WLAN card bracket that secures the WLAN antenna cables [2].
    3. Disconnect the WLAN antenna cables from the connectors on the WLAN card [3].
    4. Lift the WLAN card away from the connector as shown in the figure [4].
      Displays the removal of WLAN card
