Removing the front Input Output panel

1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
   1. Top cover
   NOTE: Take a picture or document the routing of the three cables that are attached to the front I/O panel.
3. To remove the Intel front I/O panel:
   1. Press the release tabs on the sides of the front panel cable connector and lift the cable away [1].
   2. Press down the metal release tab on the front panel HSD cable and slide it out of the socket [2].
   3. Disconnect the front panel power connector cable [3].
      
4. Remove the three (#6-32x5) screws that secure the I/O panel to the system chassis [1], lift the I/O panel away from the system chassis [2].
