Installing the heat sink - UMA

Prerequisites

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

Steps

  1. Place the heat sink on the system board and align the captive screws on the heat sink with the screw holes on the system board.
  2. Tighten the four (M2x3) screws to secure the heat sink to the system board.

Next steps

  1. Install the base cover.
  2. Exit service mode.
  3. Install the SD card.
  4. Follow the procedure in after working inside your computer.
