When importing a cluster datastore export file from one minor version of Dell PowerScale InsightIQ 6.x into a later minor version (for example, from version 6.0 to 6.1, or from version 6.2 to 6.3), blocking triggers may be incorrectly applied to the internal long-term data storage tables during the import process. These blocking triggers prevent the system from successfully storing historical performance data beyond approximately one month. As a result, older historical data is no longer visible in the InsightIQ dashboard.
This issue does not occur when the export and import are performed between the same InsightIQ versions (for example, 6.3 to 6.3).

The following event is displayed on the cluster.
The Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) located in chassis {chassis} is experiencing connectivity problems.
This controller monitors hardware components such as batteries and power supplies.
To ensure that these hardware components continue to be monitored, contact Dell support.
This may be caused by an unresponsive PowerTools Agent process.
PTAgent is the process that facilitates communication between the iDRAC and OneFS' hardware monitoring subsystem.
