Lifecycle Controller has been disabled by pressing F2 Setup, selecting iDRAC Configuration, and selecting Lifecycle Controller Settings on boot up or through a remote operation.
Recommended Response Action
For 11G systems: Use the iDRAC configuration utility to enable the System Services by pressing the CTRL+E option on boot up at the targeted system. For 12G systems: Use F2 Setup, select iDRAC Configuration, and select Lifecycle Controller Settings, to enable the Lifecycle Controller on boot up of the targeted system.
