Delete Host Group

Description

This command deletes a host group.

CAUTION: This command deletes all of the host definitions in the host group.

Syntax

delete hostGroup [
                                 hostGroupName]

Parameter

Parameter	Description
hostGroup	Name of the host group to delete. You must put brackets ([ ]) around the host group name. If the name of the host group has special characters, you must also put quotation marks (" ") around the host group name. NOTE: A host group is an optional topological element that is a collection of hosts that share access to the same virtual disks. The host group is a logical entity.
